Beers of the Month
Oak Creek Hefeweizen
In 2003 this beer won the Bavarian Gold Medal at both the Great American Beer Festival and the 22nd annual Great American Beer Festival. It is made with up to 50% wheat malt instead of all malted barley which lends a lighter note. It is deep gold in color with a very low hop bitterness level and a dense head of white foam. It is traditionally enjoyed as the summer beer of choice in Bavaria and pairs well with appetizers, sandwiches and subs.
Franziskaner Hefeweizen
All of Franziskaner's weiss beer products are top-fermentation beers noted for their agreeable carbonation levels and zesty wheat flavour. The consistently high quality of our products makes Franziskaner weiss beers a refreshing taste sensation of a special sort. All Franziskaner weiss beers are brewed in strict adherence to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516.
New Belgium Sunshine Wheat
Does it get any sunnier than two people in love? Sunshine Wheat came into the world as Wedding Wheat, a beer owner Jeff Lebesch brewed in celebration of his wedding to wife Kim.
A filtered wheat beer, Sunshine Wheat swirls in the mouth with ripples of coriander and orange peel tartness, settling into a sea of honey and apple tones
